Reservations are guaranteed by check deposit received within five days after placement of your reservation.
All other bookings require a 50% deposit
Balance of payment is due at check-in
We accept checks, cash or travellers cheques
Minimum stay of four nights
Open all year round

Cancellation Policy

We are a small property whose policy is to never overbook rooms. Cancellations for any reason with less than 14 days noticed will be charged 50% of your stay unless we can re-rent your apartment. This cancellatiion policy is effective before and after your stay. With 14 days notice or more a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
